A candlelight vigil was held outside the Z.J. Loussac Library on Jan. 11 for Renee Good, who was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Minneapolis on Jan. 7. Hundreds gathered outside the library to mourn together in 8 degree Fahrenheit weather. The vigil was hosted by Stand Up Alaska, a nonprofit organization.
