The campus newspaper operates with student fees, ad revenue and with the blessings of UAA, which provides office space. When everything is running smoothly the paper is written during the week, produced over the weekend, printed on Monday, and distributed on Tuesday.
Frustration found at Alaskan gas stations Please tell me why Alaska is paying the highest price for gasoline at the pumps. Watching the CNN newsbroadcast late Saturday night, it was disclosed that gas prices have dropped significantly in the lower 48 and yet very little change has occurred in Alaska.
More students registering for classes . . . . . . and creating new opportunities for students. Canceled classes . . . . . . It's tough trying to figure out a new schedule at the last minute. Don't leave us hanging.
