Green and Gold Daily doesnít meet student’s expectations

Like most students, I receive the Green and Gold Daily in my UAA webmail account. I often browse the Green and Gold Daily for useful information and events happening around campus. I’ve noticed, though, over the past three semesters of receiving this newsletter that expired information often remains in the newsletter for weeks, even months after it was relevant. I wonder, how much of the fees we pay as students go to producing an outdated newsletter that seems to only keep updated on sports events? This also makes me wonder where priorities lie at our university – with sports or academics?
